The Stinger X Multi Sport Ball Rebounder is a 3.5' x 3.5' ball rebounder for youth players training at home, and it sends back lacrosse, soccer, baseball, softball and basketball passes without a partner. It's the smallest full-size model All Ball Pro makes, and the company designed it to fit in most cars.

How much space does it need at home?
The Stinger X stands on a 4'2" by 2.75' footprint, about 11.5 sq ft of floor. That fits along one side of a driveway or in a single garage bay. Add a clear throwing lane in front, since the net sends the ball straight back toward the player.
How far does the stand adjust?
The Stinger X adjusts from 5.5' to 7.25' tall, a range of 21 inches. The net also has three screen positions and tilts to any angle. A younger player can set it low for chest-height catches, then raise it as throws get stronger and drills change.
How does it get to practice?
The Stinger X folds down and rolls on 10" spoked wheels, and All Ball Pro designed it to fit in most cars. It weighs 76 lbs, so plan on an adult to lift it into the trunk. The payoff is one net for the driveway on Tuesday and the field on Saturday.
Can one unit cover every sport in the house?
Yes. The Stinger X handles lacrosse, soccer, baseball, softball and basketball, and the screen positions change how the ball comes back. All Ball Pro makes the Stinger X for families with more than one sport in the house and one spot to practice. Lacrosse families can get it as The Stinger X Multi Sport Ball Rebounder + R1 Lacrosse Ball Bundle.
Who is the Stinger X for, and who should pick another model?
Pick the Stinger X if your player trains mostly alone, your space is tight, and the net has to ride in a regular car. Pick The Varsity Multi Sport Ball Rebounder if you have room for a 5.33'-wide unit and a van or large SUV, or if siblings and teammates will share it. Pick The Mini Pro Multi Sport Ball Rebounder if you want a 2' x 2' net for quick hands work in a small indoor space.
What should you know before you buy?
- Space: 4'2" wide by 2.75' deep, plus a throwing lane in front.
- Assembly: follow the Rebounder Assembly instructions.
- Shipping: the Stinger X ships by FedEx with curbside delivery, per the product page.
- Outdoors: galvanized, powder-coated steel and a UV-protected screen. The warranty excludes environmental damage such as saltwater corrosion and extreme weather.
- Returns: the product page says all sales are final, so measure your space and your trunk first.
What do owners say about it?
One parent on the All Ball Pro testimonials page says their family bought a Stinger X five years ago for two boys who play lacrosse and football, and that the boys use it for lacrosse stick work and throwing the football.
How does it compare with the next size up?
The Stinger X gives 12.25 sq ft of target on about 11.5 sq ft of floor (4.17' x 2.75'). The Varsity gives 25 sq ft of target on about 14.7 sq ft (5.33' x 2.75'). So the Varsity roughly doubles the target for about 28% more floor space and 26 more pounds. The catch is transport: All Ball Pro lists the Varsity for vans and large SUVs, not most cars. If the net never leaves your yard, the Varsity is the better use of the space. If it rides in a sedan, the Stinger X is the one that goes.
Frequently asked questions
What age is the Stinger X for?
All Ball Pro doesn't publish an age range. Choose it by your space, your car and how hard your player throws, not by age.
Will the Stinger X fit in my car?
All Ball Pro designed it to fit in most cars, and it folds down for transport. Folded dimensions aren't listed on the product page, so ask All Ball Pro if your trunk is small.
Can the Stinger X stay outside year-round?
It's built for it, with a galvanized, powder-coated steel frame and a UV-protected screen. The warranty excludes environmental damage such as saltwater corrosion and extreme weather, so bring it in when conditions get harsh.
Does the Stinger X work with lacrosse balls?
Yes. Lacrosse is one of its five sports, and All Ball Pro sells it as a bundle with the R1 lacrosse ball.
What warranty comes with the Stinger X?
The standard warranty covers the net frame for 90 days and the steel for 1 year. You can add a +1, +3 or +5 year plan within 30 days of purchase.
