SHIPPING INFORMATION
All Ball Pro LLC® provides ground shipping services through common carriers such as Fedex and USPS. For orders weighing 15 ounces or less, we utilize USPS for shipping.
The Mini Pro and The Stinger X* will ship via Fedex Ground. Orders ship within 24 hours of being placed.
*As of May 16th, 2023, we have segued into shipping the Stinger X in two separate boxes. The reason for this is to hopefully reduce the number of damages carriers cause due to the size of the original Stinger X box. Box one will have the base and net frame coming in at 48x9x43 weighing 69lbs. Box two containing the uprights will be 65x8x3 weighing 23lbs. Moving forward you will be given two tracking numbers instead of one. Please be aware that these boxes may arrive separately.
Tracking is provided via email notification once assigned and will update to real time tracking within 24 hours.
The Varsity, The Premier XL and The Elite XL all ship LTL FREIGHT*. A separate shipping quote will be sent to your email once your order has been placed on our website. Once the freight has been paid by the customer, we will book and ship the unit.
*LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight is ideal for transporting small quantities of goods that don’t require a full truck. Freight class is determined based on the density, stowability, handling, and liability of the goods being shipped, with higher freight classes typically resulting in higher prices. Shipment weight also plays a significant role in pricing, with carriers having weight brackets and decreasing cost per hundredweight as weight increases. Distance is another important factor for LTL pricing, with longer trips typically costing more due to increased fuel costs and transportation time. Finally, accessorial services may affect the overall cost, with additional fees for extra handling or unique requirements.
Keep in mind that LTL freight pricing can vary between carriers and industry factors. It’s best to obtain quotes from various carriers to find the most competitive pricing for your specific shipment.
Accessorial services in LTL shipping refer to additional services that may impact the overall cost of the shipment. Some common accessorial services include:
Liftgate Service: If the pickup or delivery location doesn’t have a loading dock, a liftgate is required to lower or raise the freight from the truck to the ground. This service is often necessary for residential or commercial locations without proper loading equipment.
Residential Delivery: If the pickup or delivery location is a residence rather than a commercial address, carriers may charge an additional fee. This fee accounts for the extra time and specialized delivery requirements when delivering to residential areas.
Inside Delivery: If the shipment needs to be delivered inside a building or specific room, carriers may charge an inside delivery fee. This fee covers the additional effort, equipment, or manpower needed to bring the freight to the designated location within the building.
Limited Access Pickup or Delivery: Certain locations, such as a construction site, military base, school, or remote area, may have limited access for pickups or deliveries. Carriers may charge an extra fee for the extra effort required to access these locations.
Notification Services: If you require advanced notice or notification before the pickup or delivery of your shipment, carriers may offer this service for an additional fee.
